We are heavily involved with our therapy team. Unfortunately, in our area, we have a really hard time finding quality therapists that also hold our high values. We looked for months and couldn’t find anyone that was able to reach our goals while also providing care at a good cost. Rachel came in and immediately was able to find multiple qualified candidates that we enjoyed interviewing. Within two weeks of contacting her, we were able to find and hire a qualified therapist that has done a wonderful job for the past year.

While many are afraid of using a recruiter, Rachel was extremely fair in her pricing to find the individual. The cost of finding this one therapist was almost the same cost as the ads that were being run and the time spent looking and interviewing so many unqualified individuals. She was able to work within our budget to assure our personal and professional satisfaction.
